(Tl;Dr: Data gets stolen fairly often from t-mobile, security upgrade that claimed to happen failed. Complete lack of transparency with customers about anything. Outsourced overseas support team. Unclear marketing on system within the network.) There are many thing to say about T-mobile, many are bad, but they are cheap. That will be the only good thing I mention about the service from this point forward. Also, please remember THE PEOPLE WHO ARE KIND AND HELPFUL AT THE STORE ARE NOT DOING IT JUST TO HELP, THEY ARE PAID TO SELL YOU A PRODUCT AND THEY WILL NOT HAVE A JOB IF THEY CANNOT CONVINCE PEOPLE TO BUY THEIR PRODUCT. Now that is said, apologizes for the cap spam. The list begins with data breaches. There have been multiple as of late. There was a data breach about a month before this post, and another around 6-8 months before that. Luckily T-mobile did not give any data away with the last breach, but multiple times in the past customers have had data stolen, data such as E-mail addresses, Billing addresses, and other personal information. Even if they don't have credit details leaked, you can easily have someone steal your identity from this info. They claim to have backed up their security, but that was either a lie to appease customers or the technicians did a poor job. I, personally am going to believe the previous statement, whether from personal bias or not. The second main problem is how t-mobile has Zero, in number form, 0 transparency with customers. Many people did not know that their data almost could have been taken from this last data breach. There are claim that customers from other data breaches that had their info taken didn't even know their data was stolen until long after. There are also prioritization tiers, 9 of them to be exact. Half are not used, but to get an idea, (just for clarity 1 is high priority, and 9 is lowest) phones are around 3 if not over your data plan, dip to 9 when you go over. Home Internet is a 9. Home internet is never moved above 9, and will always disconnect for a moment every few minutes, on my end around 5, some more and some less. If you get their home wifi, it will dis onnect multiple times a day most days, and this is common. Hardware is cheap, around $20 to make my modem, which they will make you pay a good deal over $100 for not returning it when you do decide to 'part ways' with t-mobile. I would just say the software is bad, but that would insult bad software. Bad joke past us, the amount of options on your t-mobile designed software boils down to, and I might be adding things to this, changing your password and rebooting the device. (Also, this might be false or me poorly understanding the news report, but the last data breach seemed to not lose data due to the data not being able to transfer on the network, not stopped from transferring on the network by security but unable to transfer on the network due to outdated software limiting information on the network, soon good on t-mobile on that? Prob should have burned the, if I am not mistaken $150k expense, used to upgrade security.) Thanks for reading my rant, please don't get this provider, most likely you won't have your data stolen anyway, network barely stays up for longer than 5 min before rebooting; You would get more consistent ping with 2 tin cans, a string, and tinfoil jammed into your ethenet port. Also, I don't know where to put this, but they claim they do not throttle unlimited users data, this seems to be a lie or atleast a clever choice in words, they will lower your prioritization even if nobody can possibly be on the closest cell tower. Contract removes alot of legal actions that can be made in response to this.

Do NOT go here unless you have a couple of hours to STAND around and wait! I went in to purchase the tower to begin my T-mobile internet service. There were two employees helping customers, really, on a Saturday?! Come on. That's one of the busiest shopping days of the week. So, I forgave them this poor scheduling disaster and decided to wait. I must say, they really take their time with each customer and the really do go to any length to sell you what you need. However, if you're not going to have enough employees to service customers, at least provide places to sit. There was one short bench at 45 degree angle right in front of the customer service counter. At one point the line of people waiting to be helped stretched to the entrance. People were leaning on the wall, it looked like we were at the DMV, not s retail store. You know customer service also means speed of service. But, by all means, if you have no life and have the time, go to this location!
