They don't tell the truth when you call them initially and ask questions. We drove an hour for their story to change.... Wasted time and Money. They get excited when you say you have $2000 to put down... But they jack up the price and say that was last week's price... No thanks

Its a lady by the name of tree that work in the legal department with GOLD CAR LENDING she is so unprofessional and rude hung up in my face...They will not let you speak with a supervisor they are trying to garnish me for a Vehicle that was illegal Repossess whenI call to get a better understanding of why Im getting garnished she stated that I received a letter in NOVEMBER telling me that my car is up for repo and they will come pick it up BUT GILS TOOK MY CAR ILLEGALLY IN AUGUST 3months before because my car was in accident the company that towed my car after the accident called gils and gils picked my car up and when I ask for my car back so I can proceed with getting it fixed the lady name lesly told me no that Im not getting my car back come to find out they called my insurance company 1day after my accident to file a claim for 2 times my loan for the car and when I stop the claim with my insurance company Gils held my car for 3 months and sent over information to gold car lending that I stop making payments THIS COMPANY IS TRASH AND THEIR EMPLOYEES DO NOT FINANCE ANYTHING WITH THEM THEY ARE CROOKS

Gils isnt the problem but the finance company they use are; specifically a woman by the name of Cassandra; Cassandra has to be the RUDEST customer service representative I have ever had to deal with in my life. Ive called to make several complaints but of course no one will allow me to speak to a supervisor. Its quite clear that she is unhappy with her job and maybe even her life which is why shes so nasty and rude towards customers. I have had my vehicle with this company for 2years and so many times I just wanted to send it back & go elsewhere so I wont have to deal with her mess. I really hope that one of the see this and they realize how messed up in the head this lady has to be to talk to people the way that she does. If I lived closed this is something they would definitely hear from me! Face to face!
