Terrible service and attitude. Takes weeks to get laundry done and act like they are doing you a favor. I do not recommend them! Service: Laundry wash & fold

I took a sports coat and a vest to be cleaned. Both came back with the same exact dirty spots on them. How could they not notice this when they supposedly ironed the items?? I didnt notice it until I needed to wear them again. Worst dry cleaning job Ive ever seen!

Tried several times to do business here. Dropped off clothes on Friday and was told it would be a week. I needed them sooner, and was told to check this week. Called on Tuesday and was told they only clean when they have a full load. Will Wednesday be possible, I asked. I already know they won't come to the door on Thursday regardless of posted hours. Everything will be ready Friday. I was told. I am traveling Sunday,. Clothes are not ready. I relied on their promise and they were hostile that I am upset. The woman said I never had a tough job. I've hauled pulp wood. I've configured computer networks in 120 degrees under enemy attack. I've had tough jobs.
I do commiserate with everyone trying to operate a business. It's probably a good idea to clean clothes more often. I'm not just around the corner. Now, it appears that I have to purchase new clothes as a direct result of relying on this business. I'd love to trade here, but I don't think it's too much to ask for reliable, timely service.
