Excellent customer service!! They really want to do a good job, and they will make the extra effort to do so! Not long after I got my auto-start installed, I started having issues with the ignition. They were more than willing to take it back into their shop and review the work they did and take a look at it for no extra charge, I really appreciated the extra effort they made! It ended up being another issue wrong with my car that had nothing to do with the auto-start. They have great customer service and they stand behind the products they sell and the quality of their work; it's worth every penny of investment. Thank you SoundWorks!

The guys at SoundWorks installed a remote start on my manual transmission Honda Element. There service was professional and they went above and beyond by repairing an extraneous electrical problem. I am enjoying my remote start and would refer anyone, especially someone with a manual transmission vehicle. Thank you again!
