Heavens Best is a couch saver. Anyone who has had cat urine in their furniture or floors knows its nearly impossible to remove. I tried everything to get the smell out of my couch and was about to concede to the fact that my new couch was ruined. I called Heavens Best, they sent Jeff out to help. Not only did he get the smell out he was timely, efficient and professional. I 100% suggest you choose this company. The best experience I ever had, they have a customer for life!

I would recommend Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning in a heartbeat. I am so pleased with the level of service and professionalism. We have a carpeted common area of a four plex with 15 carpeted stairs, and it was pretty dirty and stained. I requested quotes from many different carpet cleaners from Angie's List, and Heaven's Best was the only one that responded, and they responded quickly. I booked their service, they were on time and did a fantastic job. The price was very reasonable, and I was promptly emailed an invoice. Over the next couple of days, a couple of the big stains started reappearing. I contacted Heaven's Best, they came back out and worked on those stains at no extra charge because they guarantee their work. The carpet looks great, and I was told if any stains come back to contact them again. I've used other carpet cleaners over the years, and not one comes even close to this level and value of service. Making the appointment online was easy and upfront pricing was clear. The gentleman who came in to do the work was on time, very friendly, and did a great job addressing the areas of concern on the floors, while using his time efficiently. My floors had lost their shine, but after he finished, the shine is back! I would absolutely recommend Heavens Best, and theyll be the 1st place I call when I have future cleaning needs.
