She had said she would be out on 9/25 but no call no show. Tried repeatedly to contact via text, Facebook messenger and phone calls with zero response. She was made aware of the urgency as this is for a sell of a house but no response

I called Diane about 30 minutes after I expected her to arrive at the latest. She had an issue with another client and while I understand that is frustrating, she never called to let me know what was happening. I waited around for hours and probably would have waited longer if I didn't take the initiative to call. When she answered she couldn't confirm whether she could even still clean my house or not. Now I am scrambling to get it done the day before I have professional company arriving. Not a great experience. A curtesy call, an apology or an offer to re-schedule would have gone a long way.
