Wow! Just WOW! I have a son with Down Syndrome and dentist appointments have never come easy for him. He generally will not even sit in the chair let alone let the chair lay back with him in it. Well- today he sat in the chair, stayed in it when it went all the way back, let the doctor look around with the mirror, AND even let them scan his upper and lower teeth to see if we can get him started on the Ortho-Tain appliances. Thank you for a wonderful visit!! We will be back!

Staff insanely rude and unprofessional!! After they thought they had hung up a follow up phone call they referred to my 12 y/o cousin as a drama queen for saying she was in pain in the area they worked on while eating and opening her mouth too wide. Even though his dental assistant mentioned during the appointment she WOULD have pain and to treat with ibuprofen or tylenol. Then at her second appointment Dr. Coplin told her he didnt need her attitude because she was expressing where her obvious pain was when he asked. She was crying and ended up leaving. Learn to treat your patients with respect and trust that when they say theyre in pain, they are. What reason do you think a 12 year old had to lie about her mouth being in pain?? Disgusting behavior. While we highly praised and recommended you guys before this, we will never think to do so again. For a place specializing in child care, this is no place to bring your child.

Doctors/nurses are never there!!! Receptionist is the only their employee, been calling for weeks now to see if doctors were back and available and still no! This is ridiculuos people!! Will never recommend this place to anyone!!

Hands down the BEST pediatric dentistry ever! The staff was amazing, helpful, and very accommodating! Dr. Coplin is an exceptional provider, he is excellent with kids and great at what he does!

Honestly best experience with any dental care clinic. We had issues with our previous pediatrician dental clinic and this visit helped put our family at ease. Both the doctor and assistants were very professional and kind. They made sure to answer any and all questions we had and will definitely continue our care with them.
