Updating my once 5-star review to 2-star. I really felt a huge change in service after the merger with Nuvision. I used to be able to call and get answers to my questions or get problems with my accounts fixed quickly. Now, they put me on the transfer train. Sometimes, they ask to put me on hold and then the line drops. No one calls back so Im forced to call them back and start the process all over with a new employee. I recently had a problem that I guess had to be handled by Nuvision as opposed to Denali, so they transfer the call over. The Nuvision employee was very rude and condescending in the way she spoke. She said I was making her do more work than she needed to do by not taking notes about my conversations. She made me feel so uncomfortable. Then she said Well are you taking notes now!? Do you even remember my name? She mentioned it once when she answered the phone and I was transferred so many times that I didnt remember whose name was whose. In the end, she didnt help me with anything.
I recently was asked to submit a form that could either be approved or denied. When I submitted the form through e-mail, I also asked how I would be notified of the decision. No one responded. After about a week, I decided to call and ask about it. They said Its being processed right now. Youll probably get an e-mail if its approved. If you dont get one within 24 hours of submitting it, its probably denied. When I told them that its been a week since I submitted it and asked if that meant it was denied, the employee said I dont know, I guess I might call you back tomorrow and see. Every answer left so much uncertainty! Probably get an e-mail, might call me back, etc. Uncertainty is not the feeling you want when talking to your bank.
Will be closing my account soon.
