        I had coverage through them for over 10 years. When we started renting one of our properties we tried to change our policy. I actually had to add renters insurance to the other house we own to keep coverage. When I did have a claim it wasn't covered and they were no help. There is a good reason everything else we insure is through someone else. I expressed my dissatisfaction to someone besides this branch and still nothing came of it. So after 2 years of disappointment and we no longer with country and it feels good.
