I had a great experience during my visit at State Farm. When I walked in the office I was welcomed by the front desk staff and she was very attentive. Thank you again Breyanne for the exceptional service.

Terrible customer service. We attempted to cancel our vehicle insurance 6 weeks ago and keep our renters insurance. Aaron who was supposed to take care of this cancellation messed up and cancelled our renters not our vehicle. Mistakes are understandable. But when we have to call back 3 more times to correct it, that is not acceptable. Now 6 weeks later 7-8 phones calls, hours on hold and we still have not received our refund for the insurance that was charged which never should have been charged in the first place. We’ve asked for Amy Jones to return our calls thinking since her name is on this business she could help resolve the problem, she has yet to return one phone call. After spending over an hour on the phone with State Farm today we find Amy Jones office never processed correctly and they are finally sending the refund. I could honestly care less about the money I’m more upset about all the time we’ve had to spend on the phone trying to resolve this and lack of help or resolution from Amy Jones office and herself. I’ve used state farm for the past 14 years and will never go back. If you do use state farm I would highly recommend not using Amy Jones.
