I would also rate them below one star. Even when you leave and clean the place, they will with hold money from you, no matter what, unless you want to fight them in court. I am doing that right now so if you want help, let me know.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Do NOT rent from these people. They are unorganized, the office staff is rude and unhelpful. My roommate and I received vacancy notices and pet violations when we didn't have a pet. When we called to see what was going on, they said they put it on the wrong apartment door. Trying to get the security deposit back has been a nightmare. Not only did it take a month to get, there were bogus deductions. I sent a letter for clarification 3 weeks ago, still no response. If you're looking for an organized, professional property management, keep looking.
