This so called real estate company lost me thousands of dollars. We had a signed list of repairs and basically none of them were met. We caught on to a few things but not everything. We ended up having to fix the stuff that was in the contract. My own name is amanda and I wouldnt trust this amanda chick for real estate. She will screw you over. I was 5 months pregnant when we were on the closing issues and wanted to make sure I wasn't walking into a home with tons of repairs. Which I ended up having to do. I was also harrassed by the old lady that owned the house before me, literally would show up and harrass me about her mail.. Worse decision I made was buying from this company..
