I had covid around the time that I apparently missed a payment. On 3/27. I went to my app 4/26 to make a payment to find out that my policy was terminated. Now i was pretty out of it when I was sick but i could have sworn I clicked the make payment button. Noone bothered to call me the day of or the day after to even give me a notice if they had I would have been thankful since I mistakenly thought a made that payment. I had a good payment history with them and my agent Ned Whitney couldn't even bother to text, email, or give me a call. I definitely was not in good hands with them. I called to try and fix it to try and get a new policy written up or restated to pay for the month I missed and the current month to only be told to find a new insurance. I didn't know I was driving a whole month without insurance!!! I wouldn't even bother with Ned he's unprofessional

You may be in good hands with allstate but not with Ned go find a different agency don't bother with Ned. Ned is the reason I left Allstate for State farm.

Agent has not responded to a single phone call or email since I have been with Allstate. I switched insurance companies as a result and still cannot get a response from my agent on my cancellation. Worst experience I have had dealing with insurance, ever.

We bought a new house in May of 2020. Ned quoted us a insurance rate for the house we decided to go with him as the rate was entered than other company's we checked. We had communication a couple times throughout the year with no issues. In January 2021 we received a letter from Allstate stating our insurance coverage was being canceled because of a shortage in the payments. Long story short. Ned had quoted us a homeowners multipolicy rate but we only requested homeowners therfore our mortgage company was only paying the lower rate. We tried contacting Ned multiple times by phone and email with no response at all. Ended up going with another company.
