The crew was prompt, courteous, friendly and informative. Went to work immediately and completed the job in satisfactory time and condition. We are strictly a no-shoes household so the wearing of shoes, at least without protective covers, inside of the house was disappointing.

The crew that clean my carpet was very professional and respectful. They came on time and did a great job with the cleaning in a timely manner. I was very impressed and satisfied. Also the receptionist that contacted me the day before to confirm and verify my appointment was very respectful and polite. I especially liked the text message that give a the heads up that the crew was on the way 5⭐'s and 2👍🏿's up from me.

Once again, Ringstad has done an amazing job on my carpets. The young men were very polite. They worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Ringstad for your dirty carpet needs.
