Purchased carpet there and had them install it for a remodel insurance job, however, they put two holes in the sheetrock. Refused to pay to have it fixed by the carpenter/contractor who had just finished the sheet rocking and painting but they also refused to have a company they selected come to give a second estimate. Went on to blame the original framers (20+ years ago) but didn't call the current carpenter/contractor (or homeowner)  to inquire about any alleged known framing deficiencies to be on the lookout for after the sheetrock was damaged the first time, and before they created the second hole. If I can, I prefer to shop small/local companies but I am left with the feeling that this issue would have been handled much more satisfactorily if I had gone with a big box store that better values customer service and doesn't leave damage behind when they say they are finished. Look elsewhere for peace of mind.
