Another local contractor left me high and dry when the flooring they installed had some problems. As a last resort, I called BG Flooring and they made it out ASAP and helped correct the mistakes and get everything as good as new. After experience with several contractors in Fairbanks, this is the only company I can recommend.

First time getting new flooring installed, I needed some waterproof flooring in an entry way and bathroom. The installers showed up exactly when their office said they would. They were polite and worked constantly from from 9-5 with a 30min lunch. There was a minor hiccup or two but the company responded quickly and addressed the issues. I would hire this company again for another flooring project. Friendly, professional and hard working.
