      image I called to have two vehicles I use at a summer recreational property I own. Only one was removed and I paid to insure a motorhome all winter. I called and was told in a condescending tone that I only asked to remove one of the vehicles according to her notes. This is obscure... Made the call and only removed one of the two? Complete breakdown in service. No refund was offered to this 10 year+ customer and no follow up call from Terri. Clearly, my business wasn't important enough.
