        Elaine modenbach was very professional had me double check stuff, and I felt like I not just had help with my taxes but she also made me feel like I had control of my own taxes and she very well explained everything.

        Jannet worked with me and as a first time doing taxes I'm NOT impressed and will definitely not be back next year she was unprofessional listening to a book while doing my taxes and never explained anything to me! And I questioned if she did it right because she told me that there had been several mistakes on other applications. I guess you get what you pay for
