Had a really bad experience today. Have had multiple bad experiences over the years but today solidified my never darkening their door again. Awful service. The man running the front has no customer service skills or motivation. Was told two hours for a simple tire fix. Hours passed (6) and finally as they were closing I was told that I was next. My invoice though, was already printed out as if the job were completed. He then disappeared. I decided to grab my key and leave. Will go elsewhere from now on. Please save yourself your hard earned money and GO elsewhere. Check Amazon for your tires before wasting it with them. Tiretown has its flaws but is better than this nightmare any day of the week. Dont say nobody warned you.

I was on an 8000 mile road trip. I called three other tire shops earlier in the day in Anchorage and none could help me.
I pulled into Alyeska Tire in Homer with a nail in my tire a half hour before closing. I was going to put the donut on my car and leave my tire and pick it up the next day. They offered to get it done before closing, and worked right up to the buzzer.
