My wife and I love escape rooms and were a little bummed that we only found this place the day before we were leaving! We immediately tired out the room (Rowdy’s Gold Claim) and had a blast. We made it out with 1 second to spare! We hung out for a while and chatted with Nikki about other escape games and also immediately booked one the following day (Sleeper Cell) before our flight. Would highly recommend if you are in the Juneau area. Thanks for everything Nikki; we are going to check out the room in Sparks, NV this week!

My sister and I just did Espionage 1 here, and we do NOT recommend it. The room was pretty but most of it was just for show and we only spent about 20 minutes actually solving puzzles. When we were done, the woman shamed us about how we made the room messy. Apparently she's "never seen this level of disaster", even though we've done 60+ rooms and have never had a single comment on our methods. We were messy, I'll admit, but we didn't break anything. And besides, that's definitely NOT something you say out loud in customer service, even if you're thinking it. Maybe if they didn't have so much stuff to look through we wouldn't have wasted our time moving things around, just saying. Then when we asked about availability for another room, she straight up told us that she wouldn't recommend it because of the antiques in it, like we were animals going around and breaking their stuff or something. Or maybe she didn't want us to come back because we would get in the way of her "plans" that meant she would be away from the desk for 2 hours (which we overheard was just her and her coworker going out to get food). Anyway, lost out on another $70 from us just from her prissy and rude attitude. Sorry for making her do her job, I guess. There are plenty of other fun things to do in Alaska, so don't waste your time here.

This was a lot of fun! Our friends and I played the espionage game, which had plenty of unique features and clues. Every detail in the room was deliberate. The staff was very welcoming and the facilities were great. We would love to try the Gold Rush room in the future.

Lots of fun. Puzzles were challenging, but not impossible, and the guide was very friendly and helpful.
