Everyone from this location goes above and beyond for their customers. Reuben Willis - State farm has been a great agent as he always gives back to the community. He always supports our school community, sport activities and all other youth organizations. Also a big shout out to his great team as any questions and requests I have they always have a short turnaround time which helps in resolving the requests without any delay. I’d recommend Reuben Willis - State Farm office to anyone looking their insurance requirements.

I turned in a claim, after getting an estimate for damages, for our vehicle which had been hit while parked on the street. In less than a week, I received notification of payment (for approximately the same as my estimate) less my deductible. Then within a couple of weeks, the insurance company for the other vehicle, contacted me and sent me the amount of the deductible.
I am very satisfied with the way this all worked out, thanks to Rubin Willis our agent company.
