Old reviews had me worried new guy was very friendly responsive communicated and professional, ended up saving me money with repairs and fixed my septic system , I would highly recommend !

We needed our sewer pumped and repair on the septic system. Bob showed up on a snowy day in March. He pumped the sewer and replaced the pump in the septic tank. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to repair our septic system.

Heads up to anyone getting sewer or septic work done in Juneau. Do NOT under any circumstances use Sloan from Juneau Septic Services. He removed some invasive alders and replaced our sewer line 2 years ago. He was pre-paid and the payment came from the seller as part of the real estate contract. The work was done the following spring after the ground thawed. I asked for an invoice for A YEAR (at least 10 phone calls) before giving up. Never got one. Have no proof the work was done because he never gave me invoice and he was paid by a 3rd party (the sellers real estate company). We continued to have sewer backing up several times per year since. Finally got another company to come out and fix it. After digging up the line they discovered that he used substandard pipe (not the recommended) and he also neglected to put the rubber boot gasket thingee where it hooks up to the street. As a result it was full of tree roots going in at the joint where it meets the city line at the street. So he we are paying $100/ hour to dig up the yard AGAIN to fix this screw-up. And also, he's not a very pleasant person to deal with. Rude and bad attitude. Please don't waste your time or money on this guy. Unbelievable. On the flip side, Arctic is fixing it and they are very professional and came to the rescue right away. Great service, thanks Arctic.
