Do not use this dealer, whatever you do. Figure something else out. They added extra charges to our bill, and charged an after hours drop off fee even though they verbally told us we had it for 24 hours and there's no mention of an after hours fee charge in the contract. DO NOT USE THEM. Reach out locally on facebook for someone with a suitable vehicle instead.

Our local UHaul is useless (as is the 800 number). I live in a town of about 31K people with no roads in or out. Tried to contact UHaul to rent the U boxes for our move at the end of the month. No answers when I call and no one at the office. Called the 800 number and was informed they are closed until Sept. 18th. They told me I would need to rent a truck and drive. Again, NO ROADS IN OR OUT! They then informed me that there are no boxes or trucks available at this time. I've gone by the lot several times and the lot is full. So the national people know nothing about their local businesses, and how do run a local business by being closed with no notifications?! I am done with UHaul. Thank goodness they aren't my only option.

My boyfriend and I needed to rent a vehicle for our vacation, and the people at Uhaul were nothing short of absolutely fantastic. They helped us get a vehicle for our entire vacation, and did a lot of swapping things around to make it all work. They put in way more effort than they ever needed to, and had the best customer service the whole time. They got us a van instead of a 16' box truck, and really their attitude and helpfulness made it such a great experience, and they really did make our vacation worlds easier and less stressful than it would've been without a vehicle, or even with a big box truck!
I'd highly suggest the Juneau Uhaul for all of your moving needs, and even for your vacation needs! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

2nd time using this location. 1st was a drop off, double checked fuel- but noticed receipt I was charged $6 for gas. Didn't bother contesting it. 2nd time was yesterday, didn't have a paper contract but remembered the agent said it was 1/2 full. I had just pulled out and noticed it was 3/8th. Took a pic and called them, agent promised to notate account. When refueling, made sure it was just above 3/8- I rent cars 150+ days a year, so I know this "trick" by the rental companies. Even left the fuel receipt on the seat. Just got my receipt and they once again nailed me for gas. No answer at the location so called the national hotline. Take photos of gas levels before AND after!
