Used this Contractor in the past and was able to fix the exterior of my home back to looking new and I was happy with the finish product. However, the second time around I wanted to use this Contractor because I felt he was reliable, trustworthy, and because we had history. I was completely disappointed and to be honest in shock, instead of being honest with me from the beginning, he submitted an estimate to my insurance company price gouging the estimate because he didnt want to work on a smaller project and wanted to get the price where it was comfortable for him to justify working on this project. I understand if I was a new customer, but I was a repeated customer and I put my trust in this company to get the job done, but instead they wasted 2 months of my time and i have to look around again to get this job done. I understand the pandemic screwed a lot of things up and also changed a lot of things, but honesty and communication is key. So if you are looking for a trustworthy and honest company look somewhere esle this is not the company.

Oh my gosh, what is it with people these days. Your insurance company sat on the bid I gave them for over a month and somehow it’s my fault? Also, your insurance company tried negotiating with me on my bid. My bid was $23k and they offered me $18k. Excuse me for not letting a company who posts record profits in the billions ever year beat me up on my price over $5k. That’s not price gouging, it’s simple business economics. There’s a ton of work to go around, not enough man power to do the work, therefor the projects need to be profitable enough to make them worth dedicating the man power too. I’m sorry you don’t understand that but it’s probably why your not in business. Again, sorry for not accepting the $18k offer to do your job from the insurance company but this isn’t a OBO kind of deal. The work we do is exceptional quality, we are trustworthy and we do what we say. We just get paid well to do it.
