Plambeck is fast, efficient, and very friendly Staff. When I ordered a pallet of flooring, it shipped quickly, and within a week I was picking it up. Quality of the LVP flooring I ordered is fantastic. Does NOT scratch even after sliding a washer, dryer, fridge, and oven across it.
I recommend them over all the box stores In town that were estimating 6-12 weeks for a delivery.

Dale and his team are great flooring installers. Prompt and professional, they installed our entire house in two days. Would recommend them to anyone that loves local and friendly service.

Unprofessional at best, and won't own up to their mistakes. We gave them 3 strikes and had decided never to use them again, when another installation nightmare cropped up today, making it 4 strikes. One strike was a patch job where the carpet pile was very visibly turned the wrong direction, another strike was at my sisters house, where the layout was so bad there were two obvious seams in high traffic areas, one was 100% unnecessary (when called back the owner said it was fine and walked out). Today our installer at our office space said the installer (Plambeck) used the wrong adhesive, making removal almost impossible. The removal is going to be expensive, thanks to the incompetence of Plambeck.
