We Couldn't Be HAPPIER with our carpet installation! After all the delays, re-schedules, ill-prepared workmen having to "go back for parts" and "breaks" we endured with OTHER contractors on different home improvement/repair projects, Ray's installers arrived promptly at the scheduled time, WITH all their tools/supplies, and got Right to Work efficiently. We are Particularly IMPRESSED with Dave! I was rather dismayed when, after the old carpet was removed, the other 2 workmen left, leaving only Dave to do ALL the installation; rolling out, cutting, stretching & tacking down of padding and carpet in the Living room, Large Bedroom w/ closet, Hallway with 2 closets plus the Entry Stairway all by himself! HE WORKED WITHOUT STOPPING for about 10 Hours, and Cleaned Up everything before he left. (only leaving behind what rolled carpet & pad needed to do one last bedroom which was done Promptly the next morning!) Based on this experience, I gladly give my Highest Recommendation to Ray's Installation Service, and plan to entrust our next carpet installation project (of another level of the house) to Ray's... (hoping that Dave will be available for that job when the time comes)!

Whoever drives their van is an aggressive driver and has no issue causing accidents in a company rig, can't follow speed limits, drives in the middle of a road with two lanes instead of picking one, etc. One of the best representations of a company is how their employees act while openly advertising off the clock and this was sure a great way to drive off any potential customers.
