Absolutely horrific customer service! First they answer the phone "Hello", so I dont know who im talking to. Then when i ask if they are taking new customer she says "no". I ask do you know anyone and with altitude she says "your best hit the phone books". Okay well im not into that kind of service and I"ll let my dental provider know about this company they recommend! Yuck!

We’ve been going to Dr Coyne for over 10 years and have always found her and the staff to be dedicated to keeping your dental health at its best. Good dentist’s are hard to find especially in a small community like Palmer, AK.

Interacting with the employees of this office was God awful. To put it nicely, every single person I talked with sounded like they disliked there job (maybe they do) and seemed to do everything in their power to make my experience with them a bad one. I would not recommend anyone to go to this office, they are a disgrace.
