Jeff was incredible. We looked through numerous samples and he even humored me when I wanted to hold them up against various other materials in my house (wood, painted cabinets, etc). He took plenty of time and I never felt like I was rushed. As I realized I had a decision to make because I wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for he remembered he had one last sample of a roller blind in his van. It was perfect; the best yet!! I was so thankful for the patience, expertise, and pleasant demeanor being so great to work with. We just finished installing the shades tonight and they look better than I could have imagined. Thank you so much, Jeff, for really caring about your customer satisfaction!! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
