Eagle Bay Inn is one of my favorite places. You are treated like family. This place reminds me of the old Bob Newhart show. They treat you like family. They have coffee, juices, pastries and peanut butter to make sandwiches always available. Vickie the manager is one of the nicest human beings you'll ever meet. I always stay at Eagle Bay every time I come to Sitka. Pizza Express is in the same parking lot and across the street from the water.

Modest mom & pop place. Comfortable rooms with rather funky decor and no elevator. Lobby hosts generous continental breakfast. Staff super kind and helpful

we're originally from NYC area and currently the DC area. We've been to th fanciest of fancy. This is not that but in SO many ways it's SO much better... you see it from the outside... oh no!!! it's rooms above strorefronts in a strip mall... BUT... super cool guy checks you in... then everything fresh and new and clean... all kinds of stuff put out for guests to help themseves... great location!!!!... and, if you're lucky like us, you get a magnificent view of Eagle Bay. Long story short, Im a New Yorker and I'm blown away by how cool this place is... perfect for a visit to Sitka. You rock!!!!
