        My wife dropped our king salmon (2) off for processing in Sitka in May. When they arrived at our house, they had melted. When we called, we were given a big runaround, and they essentially made us feel like it must have been our fault; we only called 4 times though. Anyway, half of the packaging wasn't sealed as well, so we had a mess on our hands! They said it was ok to re-freeze them - - that has proven not to be true! Yuk! They blamed FedEx but gave no help solving the problem. We paid $194.37 for @23 lbs of melted King Salmon...Not too cool!
