We used ANK construction for repairing the siding on our house. They were efficient and got the job done within the estimated cost and time provided. We were very happy with results and the quality of the work that was performed. If there was one are they could improve on, it would be communication. It took some follow ups/reminders to get responses though we believe it was because they were very busy with many clients/jobs. Service: Exterior decorating

Disrespectful and irresponsible. We had an appointment with Andrey for an on-site estimate today (2021-06-15) at 12:30pm, but he never showed up. I sent an email to reminder him about the appointment last night, and I even sent a text message in the morning to confirm with him. He replied at 12:00pm saying "Yes on my way". So we drove from our apartment to our new house, and kept waiting for him there till 1pm. I texted him again. Then he called me back and said that he did not know we had an appointment today!!! How could that be possible? I reminded him twice, through both email and text. It is totally a waste of time. I missed our team meeting and asked for 2 hours leave from my boss.
This is really a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ANK to anyone.
Update: Andrey contacted me and apologized for his mistake on that day. I can feel he is sincere.

ANK did a GREAT job on our master bath remodel. The estimate was very reasonable and there were no surprises / increases (except the ones I initiated) in price. They were very flexible in working thru design changes and improvements. The quality of work is excellent and exceeded my expectations. Shout out to all the guys that came every day until the job was done - they were skilled, respectful, personable, helpful, neat and tidy and were just plain "good people"! They were very focused on making sure I was happy with the job.
