Nice people, good rooms, hearty breakfast. 3 miles on a gravel road was the only part we didn't like.

Working hard to please guests. Deserved all the credit! Given direction was taking you to their doorstep. One thing, remember you are in Alaska, prepare for the state "birds"

We were referred to this lovely B&B by a friend who had been a guest and highly recommended it.We could not have been more pleased! Vern was a gracious hosp who made sure we had everything we needed. The location is secluded, pastoral and lovely. You are surrounded by colorful baskets of flowers on the porches and covered decks. I enjoyed walking around the property and admiring the prolific garden and greenhouse. The location was ideal for our day trip to Denali National Park, and fly over trip to Mt Denali and glacier landing- an amazing experience! We also enjoyed dinner and visiting nearby Talkeetna. Our Merlin suite was spacious with a huge walk- in closet,private bathroom and super comfy bed. We loved opening our windows to enjoy the cool Alaskan nights. Vern prepared two delicious breakfasts for us- especially loved the Rasberry pancakes! We left with some of the yummy jams and jellies to share with family and friends. We look forward to our return visit!
