      image My only issue is every time I need to call in I'm on hold FOREVER. Sometimes, like today, I was on hold for 22 minutes and then the line hung up. This is the MOST FRUSTRATING thing to experience as a customer and that's why I'm only giving them a 1 STAR rating. AND to be clear, THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL IN TO MAKE MY PAYMENT I'M ON HOLD FOREVER. This is bad business.
