I have been with this place for a year now. Customer service isn't great, so I requested a transfer to another office, and I am still waiting to hear back.

No stars. If you can go to a different office! I hope you never have to resolve an issue with Maria and Martha. They will start yelling and become unprofessional. My mom uses this company. I really haven't had issues with insurance just with the workers here.There is nothing to discuss with any institution, since nothing ever existed I have no payments and NEVER have . My mother has never had any payments either. Information is incorrect. An email was sent in the matter to you.

Should have paid more attention to the reviews.. Because something has changed In This office in the last year, before Kevin Smith was a great office to get insurance taking care of. Now they never answer the phone when going down there and apron entering no one no longer greets you, but they do have some people there to ignore you. Also sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes listening to the insurance lady talk about her brother and filing her taxs and filing for extension I could go on but in a nut shell I felted uncomfortable so I left and went down the street to another company. And yes I found a cheaper payment with same coverage. So it all worked out .
