They haven't shipped my order which is paid for in almost a year. I called to change the order several months ago to a lesser amount so I didn't have to continue to wait and they never documented the change or shipped anything. What kind of business doesn't take notes on an order change ?They still don't have enough product to ship my order but want to charge me a 25% restocking fee because I told them to just cancel the whole order after waiting almost a year. Your reply is a total lie. I have no text message from you. Matter of fact you hung up on me when I tried to cancel the order and wouldn't answer when I called back. So why didn't you make the change to my order when I requested you ship a lesser amount that you already had in stock? I asked you to ship 19 cases which you had in stock and credit the difference to my card. I still have nothing and paying interest on something I don't have. Why didn't even write anything down? instead you tell me you couldn't remember everything. Maybe that's why you should have changed the invoice while we were on the phone. So you really have no excuse for not shipping my order. Send me 19 cases and credit my card the difference. Can you do that or you got more excuses?

We found TNT online, but we’re Arizona locals, so we went to the warehouse to see their selection of flooring in person. Trish was so accommodating and worked so hard to find us flooring that fit our budget and had the look we were going for. We ended up buying about 1,000 sq ft of engineered bamboo for less than half the cost of the same product at Home Depot. Saved us well over a $1,000. We’re so glad we found them!

Bought 66 boxes of flooring at Home Depot only to find out I didn’t order enough molding 😳. Googled the product. TNT came up. Called ordered and shipped fast. Product ox exact match. So impressed. Very thankful. Great customer service. Contractors needed something else. Went to tnt first. !!!!

I give tnt liquidators 4 stars because of how Tony handled my situation. Tony assured me he could get some discontinued flooring for me from the lifeproof brand that I purchased from home depot in 2018. He was willing to help me by gathering it up until it was all accumulated and then ship to me. He was so cool about taking multiple credit card payments from different cards. I had to pay that way because I was renovating my house and had just enough in credit card credit spanning 4 different cards to finish my house to put up for sale. something happened as I was waiting for my flooring and I went into contract so I needed to lay some floors down asap at that point and unfortunately had to buy a color that was a stocked flooring at home depot. I cancelled my order with Tony because I could not afford to wait on the flooring and was closing 3 weeks later. Tony was a gem refunded my credit cards and sent me receipts. Despite what some of the google reviews say, the simple fact is, during this pandemic of covid shipping is super janky and unreliable and its hurting businesses like tnt liquidation. be sure if you do business with tnt that you account for the amount of time it might take for them to track down your specific product! I do recommend this business if you choose a stocked item of theirs or plan for the amount of time it might take to accumulate the items you want that may be discontinued.
