Very impressed with the service and honesty of Vince. He took an entire afternoon to show us rigs and answer questions. Ginger was a joy when completing the finance end and Matt performed our walkthrough making sure we understood every aspect of our new investment. Thank you to you all. It was an absolute no pressure day. Vince, all because I watched a video. PS - To the store manager: Sales personnel deserve bigger desks to aid in the completion of customer/salesman tasks.

Came to Toms Camperland after shopping around at other dealers and we were 100 percent satisfied. We walked out with a great deal on a used travel trailer. I named a price and they came back and said we had a deal. Jake in sales was patient and showed us different units that fit our budget and our family. He didnt try to sell us anything we didnt want. Brett in sales got our deal done quick with no hidden costs and he is as funny as they come. Matt the very Knowledgeable mechanic showed us around our unit, how to use everything and fixed the two small issues we found right then and there at no extra cost. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

No one there...must have been an unusually busy day. Though, didn't see more than two sets of customers..yes, I did ask the receptionist for a sales person, she could not locate one. "They seem to all be with customers" she said.

Toms is an unethical company with sales and service employees that lie due to poor organizational support and a caustic culture of get it sold and leave them to suffer. Have a lawyer with you during every conversation with these people. My brand new camper has been at Toms more than at home getting repairs that were never completed. Now, phone calls and emails ignored. Crickets. We suppose something more formal will have to be served.
