Where do I begin, let me start out by letting everyone know that this is my first rodeo with the probate stuff. My best friend of 20 + yrs. passed in 2020. I was name as and alternative if her children could not agree and honor her wishes. I have learn allot in these past months. 1st. I call the probate courts to see if I could do it myself, (what was I thinking, not a good Ideal ) 2nd. I call so many law firms to tell me they don't handle probate anymore. Lets just say I was not seeing any light in this very dark tunnel.
Then one day out of the blue I called a paralegal service in BHC AZ. I was thinking what do I have to lose right. A girl told me that all they do is help people fill out the paperwork for the courts. Then she give me a name of a law firm. I look on my list of lawyers I called it wasn't there, So I called and they told me yes their firm handles probate and on top of that he can also handy the real estate part, listing the house. I was so happy I started explain everything. From that day on I was on the other side of that very dark tunnel.
I feel very confident and happy that I received the best service and advice from Kenneth L. Sondgeroth & his staff. Renae, his legal assistant was so patient and understanding with me, she explained everything in terms I could understand. They always respond to my email and returns calls.
His office did a wonderful job helping me with the hold probate and real estate process. Most importantly, he and his staff was so easy to talk to, available, and friendly.
