J & R Home Inspections

Nathan is unqualified to be a home inspector. Be careful hiring this company. He overlooks issues in front of him and write up items that are not truly an issue. They also withhold photos from you because they cant all fit in the report. But in all honesty they were withheld to cover their mistakes. Stay away. Spend the extra $50 for a reputable company so youre actually getting the services you paid for.

I was referred to J and R Inspection from a local resident who had used them previously with good results. I was pinched for time and knew it would be nearly impossible to get an inspector to do an inspection within a few days, but thought Id try. I called and was surprised that they were willing to rework their busy schedule to fit my inspection in within 2 days! Their great customer service didnt stop there the inspector, Nathan, showed up on time and did a super thorough inspection. I was able to see the completed report via email by the end of the same day. I would not hesitate to use them again and refer them to my friends and family!

Jennifer did a wonderful and thorough job in the inspection report she did for us. In addition to being great at her job, the turn around time was fantastic. Highly recommend!
