Murietta Lawn Mower Weed Whacking Crew

Eastern Iowa Lawn Care performed a spring cleanup in early April. They trimmed shrubbery, cleaned out all leaves left from last autumn then mowed and bagged it all. I was so pleased with their work. I usually do this myself, but could not this year. I kept them on through mid June, until they said I had too many complaints in a short time. My first concern was their mower was leaving gouges in our yard and sidehills. They did correct that. The second concern was that a 5 foot strip between the neighbors and our property was left unmowed. It was mowed 3 days later. The most recent and most concerning was the fact that their mower was leaking fluid (gas) and leaving over 3 dozen dead spots at every turn. Instead of coming to look at the problem, they decided to "let us go." We were too demanding. Horrible customer servce and lack of detail and follow up. Good riddance! Thankfully we found a replacement for them that cares.
