We really appreciate the work that has been done for us by Jesse and his crew. It is already hard enough to find property managers in Scottsdale who don't Nickle and dime you. Jesse and his team have been amazing and I appreciate the work they have done keeping our house squared away while we were gone. Thanks!

Just when I gave up on my Property management dream I can across Arizona home check. With how expensive everything is , I wasn't sure I was going to find someone competent enough within my budget who can help keep my second home in good condition. Scottsdale is not the easiest place to find property managers so when I found this company I was extremely happy. Thanks again.

We had a horrible experience with this company. Jesse seemed like a really nice and professional guy, but he turned it over to someone else and a crew of day-laborer type fellows. They came out to trim a variety of trees on a large lot here in Scottsdale, and they destroyed much of what they touched. I asked him in the beginning if we'd have a license arborist working on our lot and Jesse said "Yes," and then this crew came in and left a terrible mess of our trees and with limbs and branches all over the lot. I would strongly urge you, if using this company, to insist on the owner being present or at least to have a licensed arborist on the job if you're having them do tree work.
