Dairy Queen

Three stars because they seem to be cutting corners on inventory with their so-called Malts. Their Malts are like a glass of milk, I've had to return them 4 times and ask for some ice cream in them! Each time the excuse was, "this is the manager's recipe"! Well no! A glass of milk is not a Malt.

I'm not typically one to leave a bad review but this will be an exception. I try to go out of my way in a small town to put money in the pockets of my fellow citizens and use their restaurants and services so for a quick lunch i have frequently sought out Dairy Queen because I know it is always a locally owned franchise and thus the money benefits my local economy. I have been there 4-5 times and have overlooked the dry, stale buns but today when I asked for a side of flamethrower sauce I was told no and when I asked if I could buy a side I was again told no. So I ate my dry, crumbly burger with too little sauce and without the extra lettuce and tomatoes i ordered. That is my last trip to this DQ. At least the one in Show Low provides extra sauce, lettuce and tomato upon request.

We went to Dairy Queen and got 8 ice creams and when we got home and started eating them we realized they tasted sour and rotten. I called and they said they needed to call me back. They called back and said that there wasnt anything they could do till the next day so I called the next day and the owner told me she wasnt going to issue any refunds or remake them because we didnt bring them back with us. She didnt apologize or try to make it right at all. She was very rude and acted like it was my fault. We paid a lot of money for rotten and sour tasting ice cream. 2/24/2022rude rude manager/owner

Very poor and very slow services, bad customer service and stail food... disappointing and will not be wasting anymore hard earned money at this establishment.
