This was originally Desert Fitness and Desert Fitness was a great company. We signed up my son for $10/mo. We were notified of closure with COVID and payments stopped. Suddenly I’m charged $26.57 every month with no notice and my son hadn’t even returned! Since he’s legally an adult I couldn’t cancel his membership but they have no trouble holding my credit card hostage! Then in February I not only get the $26.57 charge but an additional $85.27 with NO explanation. I finally get my son there in person- this took multiple days since no one ever seems to be at the counter. When he finally gets someone and cancels the membership they charged us ANOTHER $25.67 for a 30 day cancellation. I will NEVER recommend this organization and I will share my story with everyone I’m connected with through social media and even in the grocery store checkout. I hate terrible business practices like this. Greedy corporations
