Unfortunate. I was excited for the company's growth to the west side, I'm a frequent customer and bring my staff good food from here. Sadly the new location here has an employee-less system in place for ordering, and the gal here was clearly unhappy to be working. Wouldn't even say hello.. literally stood there and pointed to the screen and kept asking if it was my first time here. I finally got the picture and did as I was 'told'. Had I not had an order to place for others, I would have turned around and patronized one of the several other great spots in the same complex. Attitude is everything! Ruined the vibe for next time, I'll have to second guess the choice to come here. On a positive note, looks like their loyalty system is finally working again. Doesn't account for the last $200 I've spent here on my team's lunches.. but at least it works now. Note, i was the only customer there at 2pm and staff was not prepping other orders
