Worst Propane company!!They will get you set up just fine but once your a customer you don’t matter. They have your money so they just continue to abuse the fact that you need propane. Then they double the cost of their propane to you in the winter when you need it. And I mean double!!! Then when you want to cancel they charge you a fee to pick up their tank, a office fee to cancel your account, and then a fee if there is anything left in the tank......and I’m sure a travel fee after that. Basically more money to cancel then I can even afford. So now I’m stuck paying a tank rental fee that I never even use. Please take my word on this. I have never dealt with such a money hungry, nickel and dime you company till Amerigas. Then if you have any issues good luck trying to talk to anyone...75 min wait times and then some. Never a call back when promised. Just horrible. What are businesses coming to. It just saddens me that the quality is so poor.

We bought a house that the prior owner said they owned the 500 gal propane tank. It was 60% full. We even called Amerigas prior to closing on the home to verify. We started moving into the home and discovered the propane tank was gone. We've been on hold for hours and days (super long hold times). Been told the regional mgr would call us, nothing. We are beyond done with this company. Yes, they took our tank without telling us, and broke our fence

I asked them to come and look at a regulator and they locked my tanks and now I have no gas. I have been calling everyday and they place me on-hold. I sat one day for 3 hours and never was helped. Now I am in my house with no heat or way to cook because no one can unlock the tanks but them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
