Through Kelley and her team at Guild Mortgage we have 1) purchased a home in Lakeside while living in another state a few years ago; 2) made several serious inquiries on mortgages for possible new home purchases in Lakeside since moving here, and finally; 3) refinanced our existing home in November 2020. During all of these experiences, Kelley was so knowledgeable and her team so helpful - all of them made our transactions so streamline and easy. I know Kelley can be very busy at times, but every time I called her with my many questions, she made me feel like she had all the time in the world for me and never hurried me off the phone.
