Budget Car Rental

We were returning the truck in Mesa after filling the tank with fuel. As we filled the tank, bubbles appeared at the tank opening after topping off the tank a couple times to make sure it was full. When we got to the dealer we were told that the tank wasn't full. We explained what we had done and their response was that you have to turn the nozzle to 90 degrees and it would take another $20 worth of gas. "Didn't they tell you that in Utah?" No. We had to go back to the gas station in the worst rain storm I have seen in AZ in years to add more fuel. Not their fault, I suppose, but we were not feeling the love from Budget.

We rented a vehicle from this place this last week. We didn't find out until we got on the freeway that it had a balding, bulging rear tire. I called the 800 emergency number and was told they could send someone to change it for a fee. I told them I would not pay to have their tire changed. My husband and son changed the tire to a donut provided (the location had closed for the day or we would have taken it back there). The next day my husband and I took the vehicle back and were told there were only electric vehicles to switch it with plus we'd have to charge the battery before returning it. We ended up keeping the car that now had no spare and a donut we had to refill as it was leaking. Not a good experience.

Allen was amazing . He had me in and out within 10 minutes in a nice car . Process was smooth and very professional. Had just came from enterprise that gave me a really hard time so thank you Allen ! Will be back in 2 weeks !
