        have tried to confirm if they take a specific insurance for a patient by calling their appointment line, have attempted to call three separate times and waited on hold for over 10 minutes only to be redirected to voicemail and not get a call back. Redirecting all other patients elsewhere. I don't want to imagine how the wait time to get a hold of the office is for patients themselves.
