It was our first time dining here and we were super excited, unfortunately the experience and food was very disappointing. We ordered the tomahawk, had about 8 oz of pure fat the size of a filet minion, ordered crab legs for $83 and wasnt even 1/4 of lb, they were so skinny and tiny. Thebrussel spouts were burnt, and service was sub par. The manager came over and kept trying to push dessert on us and we said no thank you. The waitress kept saying tomahawks are really fatty. We have had superb tomahawks at 5 start restaurants in Las Vegas and we know there can be fat but not 1/2 of the entire steak. They discounted the meal a bit but we will not be returning.

My wife and I recently went to Flemings to celebrate a special event. Tom, our waiter, took great care of us and Key, the hostess, helped us get a booth to sit in. The food and service were great! I look forward to eating there again soon.

So I had been telling my cousin and her husband how great Flemings was and we finally decided to go. I ordered a NY strip and everyone else the filet mignon, all 4 of us requested that our steaks come medium. After waiting an hour our steaks came out and we had 1 medium, 1 rare, 1 well done and the other medium well. Both the manager and our waiter Daniel who was awesome saw the issue and 2 of our group were ok with what they got, they made another filet to replace the well done one and when we got that and cut it open now its rare, the replacement NY once I got home and cut it open was also rare. The manager did take the cost off the bill and comped 2 desserts. Thats great but in the end my puppies ended up having all the steak once I got home. I was super embarrassed for talking this place up so much based on past visits and we all agreed that coming back to Flemings in the future is not likely. So in the end 2 of our group of 4 ended up having a dinner, I ended up having In & Out once everyone went home. Its sucks because we enjoy going out at least once a week to a fine dining restaurant and we spend anywhere from 200-1000 on average and to have this terrible experience and still have a $250 bill at the end was unreal. Again the manager and our waiter were really good about trying to make things right by removing items off the bill and replacing them but when the replacements are also made incorrectly its hard to be satisfied, much less leaving after 2 hours hungrier than when we arrived. I hope they fix whatever issue the cooks are having because tonight it cost them 4 people that will probably never return.

I went to this place for my birthday. It appeared to be high end but everyone was dressing somewhat casual. The service was nice and the food was delicious. It would be a nice place for a date, anniversary, birthday, or friend reunion.
