Atwater Apartments

These apartments are very nice, I moved in this apartment on December 5th 2020 and I'm currently loving it here, I would like to thank the manager Vanessa for helping me out, she is very friendly and helpful and I support her for being my manager at such a wonderful complex, there is a lot of space and the place inside looked very clean with everything I wanted, I would gladly recommend Atwater Apartments to those around 😊.

The apartments and area are very nice the managers do give updates when something happens in the apartment or area, the only problem that I had was some scratching and dents in walls that I'm not trying to be responsible for other then that I'm enjoying my time here so far

They will tow your visitors car if they are there more than an hour..

Water gets shut off at least once a week for repairs, conveniently it’s usually when you’re showering with no warning! LOL

Haven't moved in there yet but I have a friend that just moved out of there and she loved it, I'm reading the reviews and kind of bummed because I'm waiting for a call back now from the apartments and I would be very excited to move in and honestly I feel like it's a blessing to be able to get an apartment regardless. five stars for atwater for actually helping people in their time of need and from what I understand they work with a lot of their tenants so the complaining should be at a minimum honestly to me and my friends apartment looked fabulous on the inside and out honestly it's how you make your apartment look and I never saw not one roach in her apartment so I don't know, LOL but I will definitely be excited if or when I move into these apartments very soon hopefully by March
