It's sad we live next door to these apartments and love how pretty the patios are and have seen some photos of inside id love to see if one is available but you have no phone numbers that work.

Recently moved in to this complex & thought it would be helpful to do a review on my personal experiences here so far. After i moved in a few days down they came around and pest control sprayed our side of the units. There was infestations on both sides of my unit as i was warned by pest control & advised to notify the complex when they start becoming a problem in my unit. Pest control said they will make their way to my unit since there wasn't an issue in mine yet. Sure enough they have since become a problem & with several maintenance requests later for help before it gets out of hand....it's now out of hand & they said i need to pay out of pocket for additional sprays. So i will of course go out of pocket to pay. I also wasn't aware of the very small water heater in the unit. The on site laundry is not safe to utilize as there is always homeless individuals coming in and out of there due to the lock & door has been broken into. I have reached out to the on site managers regarding the roach issues & they say the owner will not pay for the additional sprays needed. There is no net for the swimming pool to keep it skimmed clean. There is no seating as well in the pool area. The bbq table seating is also broken. Please be aware of these issues before choosing to move in....Roach infestations are a HUGE problem. I wish someone had done a review for me to read so that i would've been aware prior to choosing to move in. As i am still a new tenant here, i will continue to do reviews as time goes on. Unfortunately i am tied into a lease like everyone else and can't just up and leave.
